    What is your service area?

    We service the entire Northwest Arkansas and Southwest Missouri area including Bella Vista, Gravette, Pea Ridge, Centerton, Bentonville, Springdale, Fayetteville, Neosho, Pineville, Joplin, Carthage.

    Can you handle landscape lighting repairs?

    Yes, our team specializes in repairs and installations, and can fix issues such as faulty wiring, damaged fixtures, or malfunctioning components.

    What does landscape lighting maintenance involve?

    Maintenance includes bulb replacements, fixture cleaning, wire inspections, and overall system checks to ensure optimal performance.

    How often should landscape lighting maintenance be performed?

    Regular maintenance is recommended at least once a year to ensure the system’s longevity and performance.

    What are the signs that my landscape lighting needs repair?

    Flickering lights, inconsistent illumination, exposed wires, or non-functional fixtures are common issues that can arise, especially on older systems.

    Can outdoor lighting be customized to match my property’s aesthetic?

    Of course! We work closely with clients to design outdoor lighting systems that complement their property’s style.

    Do you offer financing?

    Yes, we offer financing with Wisetack. Wisetock offers payment plan options that best fits your budget. Every quote contains a Wisetack financing option.

    Are new fixtures warranty protected?

    All new fixtures are covered my manufacturer lifetime warranty.

    Can you install lights in concrete?

    Yes we have two options for concrete installation. If concrete has not been poured yet we can prep the area for fixture ahead of time. After the new concrete has set we can drop in the new fixtures into the placeholders.

    We can also install into existing concrete by using a core drill to create a minimally invasive install and insert a recess well light fixture.

    How long does installation take?

    Installation typically takes 1-5 days depending on size and complexity.

    What happens if a light goes out?

    Our Minleon installations comes with a lifetime product warranty. Simply reach out to us and we will schedule your repair. In most cases, it is a simple fix or an App upgrade.

    What is the lifespan of Permanent Lights?

    If the system is used only at night, on average it will last over 20 years.

    How is it attached to my building?

    The lights sit in a track channel that is fixed to your soffit or fascia. We use different color channels to match your home exterior and leave a seamless visual appearance during daylight. Commercial grade adhesive strips are our most preferred method of attaching the system to the building and eliminate screws and potential damage.

    How much does it cost?

    Systems start from $1,500. Each project is unique and factors such as size, number of fixtures, complexity etc. influence the price. There are no costs associated with the phone App.

  • Is there a minimum cost?

    Each home or building is different in terms of size and complexity. In general, a Christmas lights installation starts from $600. Our average home in the Northwest Arkansas area is approximately $1,200. This pricing ensures we can provide the highest quality and unmatched customer service, which includes insurance, guaranteed free maintenance and January take down and storage. We use only commercial grade bulbs and materials. We source these products from the largest bulb manufacturer in the world, not from local hardware or home supply stores.

    Is there any potential damage from lighting installation?

    Our installations typically leave no trace or damage, as we use clips and magnets. If we need to install hardware, such as screws to hold a wreath, we will always consult with the owner and discuss our options and plan.

    Do you need to be home for your installation?

    Most clients to do not need to home during installation. Our highly trained team can complete jobs without supervision or assistance. Occasionally, if a power source outlet is not accessible on the exterior of the building, we would need the owner to be home and grant us access to the power supply.

    Who owns the lights?

    For temporary holiday light installations, Let It Glow Illumination owns the lights. We essentially provide a ‘white glove’ luxury experience to decorate your property. We utilize specialist safety equipment so that you don’t need to worry about hazards of ladders and roofs. We also take care of all maintenance and storage, so you never need worry about tangled lights, or searching for replacement bulbs and strands. For permanent lighting, the customer owns the lights and enjoys the transferrable warranty.
